Get answers that take your information into account
Give AI the facts and preferences that affect the answer. You do not need to explain the same background again every time you ask a related question.
Factora works with the memory built into the AI tools you already use, giving you one place to manage the information that shapes their answers. Because that information stays in Factora, you’re free to use it with another AI whenever you want.
What an AI knows about you changes how it answers.
If an AI knows that you are vegetarian, it can take that into account when suggesting meals. If it knows a client’s audience, products and writing style, it can use those details when helping with their marketing. Without that information, you have to add it to the request yourself or accept a more general answer.
AI tools can save this kind of information in their own memory. Factora gives you a separate place to manage it before you hand it over. You can read the source, correct anything that has changed and decide which information belongs in a particular conversation.
When you are ready, Factora creates a text briefing, called an export, from the information you select. Each export can combine different background information, instructions and a persona — the voice or point of view you want the AI to use. You can reuse the same background with a different persona, or pair the same persona with a different set of facts. You might keep one export for personal advice, another for a client’s social content and another for client reports. Switch between them whenever the work changes.
Give an export to your AI and it can use the contents as memory for the conversation. If you update the information later, you can replace the old version with the new one.
Because the source stays in Factora, it is not tied to one AI provider. The same information can be used with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another tool that can read text.

The source stays in Factora, where you can read and edit it directly. You choose which parts to include and can leave unrelated personal or client information out.
Create as many exports as you need. Each one can use a different mix of facts, instructions and writing persona, so the AI receives a briefing suited to that piece of work.
Factora stores information that you want AI to remember and use. You organise that information in Factora, choose what is relevant and create a text briefing for the AI tool you want to use.
AI uses the information available to it when forming a response. If it knows a relevant preference, fact or writing style, it can take that into account. The information does not guarantee a correct answer, but it gives the AI more specific material to work from.
No. Factora works alongside the memory features in AI tools. It keeps a separate source that you can inspect and edit, then prepares the parts you want the AI to use.
You can keep anything that may be useful in more than one AI conversation. Examples include personal preferences, notes about an ongoing subject, product information, audience details and guidance on writing style. You decide what is worth saving and how much detail to include.
Each export can include several sets of background information, any reusable instructions and one persona for the voice or point of view. You can save different combinations for different tasks and switch between them when you need to. To give an export to AI, use a persistent link that reflects the latest saved version, create a link that expires after 30 minutes or download a Markdown file to paste or upload.
You can keep the facts, audience information and writing guidance for each brand or client separately. Before asking AI to write, select the information for that piece of work. This gives the AI a clearer brief without including an unrelated client or writing style.
Factora works with AI tools that can read pasted text or a text file, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and many specialist agents. You do not need an API key to use a Factora export.
Your information is stored on our servers in encrypted form. We do not use it to train AI or sell it to anyone. You can download your content as Markdown whenever you like.
Keep the information that shapes your answers where you can see it, update it and use it with the AI tool you prefer.
